Project cancellations
Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to the contact channel stated in the signed proposal or service agreement. The agreement should explain charges for work already completed, committed third-party costs and any notice period.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, work completed, written agreement and applicable law. Do not promise that all payments are non-refundable if mandatory legal rights may apply.
Subscriptions and recurring services
For recurring services, specify how to cancel, when cancellation takes effect, whether a partial period is refunded and how renewal notices are handled.
